Ukraine, Follow the Money

As the Russian Special Military Operation enters its thirteenth month we need to push aside the veil of US propaganda and lies and see the situation for what it is, a proxy war by the US and its NATO lapdogs to destroy Russia. The ongoing proxy war is full of intrigue and duplicity.
The Biden administration withdrew US and NATO troops from Afghanistan, another failed US imperialist misadventure, and is poised to send ever more arms and the possibility of US troops to battle in Ukraine (although Biden denies plans to put US and NATO boots on the ground). Essentially the US and its NATO/EU sock puppets are at war with Russia. Economic sanctions are a form of warfare, blocking access to digital commerce, transactions and business is a form of warfare, provoking a coup d’état to put in an American quisling in power is neocolonialism, a form of warfare, destroying infrastructure like bridges and pipelines are acts of war, attempting to destabilize a country so its citizens rise up against their government is a form of warfare. The US has done/is doing all of this in an effort to advance NATO (an essentially unnecessary organization) to squeeze Russia into submitting to the West.

So once more and again the US finds itself engaged in a war, a proxy war for now but one that is steadily expanding. It’s like what happened in Vietnam, Vietnam started out with US support, military training and assistance then escalated to a full scale war. This appears to be the road the US is heading in Ukraine.
War is extremely profitable. As US Major General Smedley Butler said, “war is a racket”, just follow the money, to discover who makes money during a war. What will the US get out of this conflict? First, the US imperialists want to elimination or neutralize a prime obstacle to their unipolar hegemony, their global domination. Remember Putin stopped the US/NATO from doing to Syria what they did to Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. I don’t have time to go into the potential ramifications now, suffice it to say, Putin is a thorn in the side of Uncle Sam. But Russia is not some weak nation with obsolete and limited weaponry, Russia does not have a ragtag military and it is not without friends and allies. I think this time; the US has bitten off more than it can crew. Despite what they say, the Empire and the imperialists want it all, but their hubris may lead to a nuclear holocaust. Don’t fall for the okey-doke, the lies and propaganda, follow the money!
